Fitting Instructions
1) Make sure all surfaces upon which the seal is to be fixed to are clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grease and flaking paint. If necessary, rub down surfaces with white spirit and dry off thoroughly.
2) The seal in this roll is dual or more to help roll for packing. So if for example you have ordered 10M you will be sent 2 x 5M length fixed together. Before fitting, separate the double coil along the entire length by simply pulling apart the two rolls.
3) Take a single section of seal and peel off about 15cm / 6" of backing paper to expose the adhesive.
4) Press the seal against the door or window frame, working from the top downwards and pealing off the backing paper as you go. Position the seal on the frame so it will be compressed when the door or window closes.
5) Cut to exact length required with a scissors.
6) Repeat this process for the other vertical side(s) and horizontal section(s).
